Meine Gräserpollen- Allergie ist weg!!! Im Februar habe ich zwei 30er Packungen gekauft. Einen Monat lang habe ich jeden Tag eine Kapsel eingenommen. Danach habe ich 20 Tage Pause gemacht und 10 Tage eine Kapsel eingenommen und wieder 20 Tage Pause und 10 Tage am Stück wieder 1 Kapsel pro Tag eingenommen. Ich hatte Erfolg meine Allergie ist praktisch weg. Vielleicht noch ein leichtes Kratzen im Hals. Ich komme nun gut zurecht ohne Antihistaminika.

En février, j’ai acheté deux boîtes de 30 capsules. Pendant un mois, j’ai pris une capsule par jour. Ensuite, j’ai fait une pause de 20 jours, puis j’ai pris une capsule par jour pendant 10 jours. J’ai de nouveau fait une pause de 20 jours, puis j’ai repris une capsule par jour pendant 10 jours consécutifs.
J’ai obtenu des résultats : mon allergie a pratiquement disparu. Il me reste peut-être encore un léger picotement dans la gorge. Je m’en sors désormais bien sans antihistaminiques.

In February, I bought two packs of 30 capsules. For one month, I took one capsule every day. After that, I took a 20-day break, then took one capsule a day for 10 days. I then took another 20-day break and again took one capsule per day for 10 consecutive days.
I had success—my allergy is practically gone. Perhaps there is still a slight scratchiness in my throat. I now manage well without antihistamines.
