Points are credited automatically as soon as your order status changes to âcompletedâ, and you receive a confirmation email. They are calculated on the pre-tax value of your products, excluding shipping and after discounts â so the total may be slightly lower than the amount shown in your basket.

The longer you wait, the better the reward: point for point, the CHF 30 voucher is worth more than the CHF 10 one. Your vouchers remain valid for more than 16 months after they are created, and can be combined with current e-shop promotions.

Is the programme free?
Yes, completely. Membership is free, with no commitment and no minimum purchase. You can leave at any time from your account.
How do I join MyAlp+?
Create your account on the e-shop, then join the programme in one click from your customer account. Membership is never automatic: it’s always your choice.
When are my points credited?
As soon as your order status changes to âcompletedâ, i.e. once it has been shipped and finalised. You then receive a summary email.
How are my points calculated?
One point per franc spent, calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of your products, excluding shipping and after discounts. The result is rounded down to the nearest whole point.
Where can I check my balance?
In the âMyAlp+â tab of your customer account, and in the site header on every visit.
Do my points expire?
They remain valid for 24 months from the date you earn them. We’ll send you an email 30 days before any points expire.
What if I ordered before creating my account?
Orders placed as a guest in the last 30 days, with the same billing address, are automatically linked to your new account â and their points credited.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
The corresponding points are deducted from your balance, in proportion to the amount refunded.
Can I combine a MyAlp+ voucher with a promo code?
Yes. A voucher earned with your points is not a commercial promotion: it applies on top of current offers, including on items already on sale.
How long is my voucher valid?
About 16 months (500 days) from the date it is created. The exact validity is shown on your voucher and in the confirmation email.
Can I redeem my points at checkout?
Yes. You can redeem them from the basket or the checkout page: the voucher is created and applied without you leaving the page.
Who can join?
All private customers of the e-shop. Partner and affiliate accounts already benefit from dedicated terms and are not eligible for the programme.
Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter?
No. The 25 points are a bonus, not a requirement. You can join MyAlp+ without ever subscribing to the newsletter, and unsubscribe at any time without losing your points. The bonus is credited when you subscribe to the newsletter, for programme members.
