The Immunity Pack combines two complementary Pharmalp products. PHARMALP DEFENSES supports your natural defenses throughout the season, and Pastilles des Alpes IMMUNITY soothe the throat day to day.

- PHARMALP DEFENSES works in the background: one capsule 10 days a month to support the immune system*.
- Pastilles des Alpes IMMUNITY* take over on more exposed days: a scratchy throat, public transport, the office, school.

Usage tips
- PHARMALP DEFENSES (adults and children aged 3 and over): 1 capsule per day for 10 consecutive days per month, for 3 months.
For occasional needs (children aged 6 and over): 3 capsules per day for 3 days, then 1 capsule per day for 7 days. For children under 3, ask a healthcare professional for advice.
- Pastilles des Alpes IMMUNITY (adults and children aged 6 and over): up to 5 lozenges per day, to be sucked. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Store at room temperature (< 25 °C).
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

What’s in the pack
- 1 box of PHARMALP DEFENSES (30 capsules). A synergistic formula of beneficial bacteria (L. helveticus, B. infantis, B. bifidum), prebiotics (FOS) and zinc. The box covers a 3-month program for one person, at one capsule a day, 10 days a month.
- 1 box of Pastilles des Alpes IMMUNITY (30 lozenges). Gentle lozenges with lemon thyme, elderberry, aronia and cultivated edelweiss, enriched with zinc. Vegan, no added sugars, lactose-free, gluten-free.
